How to Book Your Holiday

Making a booking couldn't be easier. Once you have found a cottage, just follow the steps below:

1. Ring (0044) 0114 262 0777 to place a provisional booking which we will hold for four days.
2. On confirmation that the property is available, please send the printed out Booking Form, deposit and cancellation premium by return of post. [Please note: the cancellation scheme does not apply for bookings from overseas. Overseas will need their own travel cover.]
3. Our Confirmation of Booking Form will be sent to you within five days
4. The balance for the holiday must be received eight weeks before the holiday commences. (No reminders will be sent).
5. On receipt of the final balance you will be sent details regarding access to the property including location map, and arrangements concerning keys etc.
6. Credit Cards. We would be happy to take your deposit by credit card. A charge of 21/2% will be added to the total cost per transaction on deposit/full or final payments. There is no charge for payment by Debit Card. Please enter the details on the booking form. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Debit, Delta, Solo or Other.
