A door leads from here through to the traditional and spacious farmhouse kitchen with seating for 12 at the dining table.

To the rear is a further room, formerly the dairy and now the utility room. Also on the ground floor is the sitting room (seating for 7 only) with open coal fire, which takes in similar views to the dining room.

There are two sets of stairs, leading to the first floor bedrooms. The imposing main flight takes you to the gallery landing being suitable as an occasional sitting area.

Off the landing are the four main bedrooms, three with doubles and one with twin beds, with the benefit of wonderful views down the valley at the front and rural views to the rear.

There is a bathroom on this floor with bath, hand basin and toilet. There is also a shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

A further flight of stairs takes you to the second floor and the remaining two bedrooms, each with two single beds.

Also on this floor is the third bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet.

There is use of gardens to the front of the house.
