At the end of the hall a door leads into the good sized lounge with a feature gas coal effect log burning stove. There is also a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin on this floor.

The stairs lead to the three bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and its own en suite shower room with shower cubicle and hand basin. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be linked upon request, and the third bedroom has a single bed.

The general bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

There is a sitting out area to the front of the cottage which takes in the sun throughout most of the day.
