The kitchen is adjacent to the bathroom and is fully equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

At end of the hall a door leads into the dining/lounge area that has an electric feature fire and double glazed doors which open out onto the south facing patio that takes in the sun throughout most of the day and enjoys the views of Winn Hill and the surrounding countryside.

Off the hall and to the front of the bungalow are the two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom with two single beds.

The garden at the rear is mainly a paved patio area with an automatic or manually operated awning and flower beds covering the slope to the bottom boundary.
