Also on this floor is a further bedroom with a sofa bed, which is more suited to occasional use, and a TV and study desk area.

There are three sitting out areas by the barn from which the views can be enjoyed, along with small shallow stream that runs through the grounds of the property. One is a large fenced, grass area suitable for exercising pets.
