This is an ideal base for visitors, being in the heart of the National Park, but at the same time a short distance away from the pretty market town of Bakewell and close to the major country houses of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. In an elevated position and commanding exceptional views from the grounds, the barn has been converted from old farm buildings on the owners working farm and is part of Burton Manor Barns a collection of renovated barns. Excellent walking abounds in all directions with the nearby Lathkill Dale and Limestone Way, and a short distance away the beautiful Monsal and Millers Dale. Beams have been featured throughout all the unit to give added character to the conversion. |
