This is an ideal base for visitors, being in the heart of the National Park, but at the same time a short distance away from the pretty market town of Bakewell and close to the major country houses of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.

In an elevated position and commanding exceptional views from the grounds, the barn has been converted from old farm buildings on the owner’s working farm and is part of Burton Manor Barns a collection of renovated barns.

Excellent walking abounds in all directions with the nearby Lathkill Dale and Limestone Way, and a short distance away the beautiful Monsal and Millers Dale.

Beams have been featured throughout all the unit to give added character to the conversion.

Lathkill Barn, located on the gable end of the building this unit with its south facing aspect enjoying the character of the imposing window which features through onto two floors, taking in most of the elevation, allowing plenty of light into the property.

Full of charm and character, you enter the spacious kitchen, dining lounge with exposed beams and a very imposing window.

The stairs lead to the main bedroom and double bed with arched window and views, the second bedroom having a single bed. The main bathroom consists of a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

Patio and garden sitting out area exists by the property.
