| The property is accessed from a separate drive and is on three levels, you enter the barn on the middle floor into the main reception rooms. The door leads into the spacious lounge and has a sofa bed and a welcoming log burning stove. French doors from the lounge lead to the separate dining area with wooden floors, and is open to the well fitted and equipped kitchen that has all the essentials you will need for your stay. The stairs go down to a second tiled entrance hall and the two main bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room, with shower, hand basin and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds and an access, by an adjoining door, to the main bathroom on this floor, which has a bath, with shower over, hand basin and toilet. A further flight of stairs from the lounge, lead to the third bedroom in the eaves, which has two further single beds and en-suite hand basin and toilet. There is a small private patio sitting out area by the main entrance.
