Located in a rural position, with some outstanding and far reaching views, in the grounds of the owners working farm, this is an ideal base from which to explore the National Park with some excellent walking from the doorstep.

Access to both the Dark and White Peak is easy along with other attractions offered by nearby Buxton, with the Opera House, and the market town of Bakewell.

You enter the beautifully converted stone barn, which is all on one level, into the hall, to your left is the attractive and well equipped fitted kitchen, with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

The kitchen leads through into a spacious lounge with a vaulted ceiling, oak flooring and stone fireplace with an electric effect wood burner, there is a door from the lounge leading to the garden area.

The main bedroom, to the rear, has a double bed and its own en suite shower room with large shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. In the two remaining bedrooms one has a double bed, the third bedroom has two single beds.

Exposed beams exist in most rooms adding to the character of the accommodation.

The main bathroom has a spa bath, with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

There is a secure garden to the rear of the property.
