The accommodation, at one time a local blacksmiths, is located on a quiet lane in the centre of this picturesque village. The cottage has been renovated to a very high standard, providing quality accommodation in the heart of the Peak National Park.
You can enjoy the private garden by the side of the River Wye with views across the weir and the meadow beyond, and as you would expect there is an abundance of wildlife.
Facing south it benefits from the sun all day. |

| You enter the character cottage into the fully equipped kitchen, with all the essential equipment you will require for your stay. The kitchen is open to the dining and lounge area which has slate floors, occasional rugs, and carefully selected fabrics and furnishings, giving the open plan accommodation a wealth of character, together with a coal effect stove. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom with hand basin and toilet. The stairs lead to the first floor and the bedroom with a double bed, the windows and vaulted ceiling giving the room further individual character. Adjoining the bedroom is the shower room, with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. Parking is by the cottage. |
