This character mid terraced stone built cottage lies close to the centre of this very popular market town in the heart of the Peak District National Park.

There are excellent local facilities, good access to nearby walking in Lathkill and Bradford Dale, the well known Limestone Way walk, with Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall a short drive away.

The cottage dating back some 150 years has been fully refurbished, to provide high quality and very comfortable accommodation.

Fabrics and furnishings having been carefully selected and co-ordinated throughout all rooms.

You enter the cottage, passing the small front garden, into the lounge with its welcoming log burning stove inset in a stone fireplace. This leads through into the good sized, and beamed farmhouse kitchen/dining room, with tiled floors and colours reflecting a welcoming atmosphere.

Off this room is the bathroom with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.

The stairs, lead to two bedrooms, both of a good size each with double beds.

The bedroom to the rear, with two windows, enjoys views across Bakewell rooftops to open countryside, the other bedroom has views across the town itself.

A glazed door from the kitchen leads up a few steps to the patio garden sitting out area with barbeque.

A two person occupancy price is available at various times throughout the year - please ask for details.
