| The accommodation, in gated grounds, is approached from the gravel courtyard area, the main entrance to the cottage enjoying a private walled sitting out patio area. The main door leads into the good sized and very welcoming open plan, kitchen/dining and lounge area, with beams, exposed stone wall, stone flagged and oak wooden floor adding considerably to its charm and character. The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay, and there is the welcoming log burning stove. A door and two steps takes you down to the second bedroom that has a double bed, in a gallery area accessed by stairs, care needs to be taken when using these stairs, plus a further occasional full single bed in an elevated bunk style position which is accessed by steps. This bedroom also has its own en-suite shower room, with shower cubicle and electric shower, hand basin and toilet. The stairs from the lounge lead to the main bedroom which has a double bed, a vaulted ceiling, exposed stone feature walls and wooden floors, giving the room a very welcoming atmosphere. This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet. To the side of the cottage is a further sitting out area for visitors and parking for cars.
