The School House Brushfields, Nr Taddington Sleeps in bedrooms

As the name suggests this stone building was the original school house for this rural location at the turn of the 19th century.

The property provides quality character accommodation in this rural hamlet.

Excellent walks exist from the location, some of which will take you into nearby Monsal Dale and Millers Dale beyond, in the heart of the Peak District National Park.

You enter the accommodation from stone steps at the side, into the snug lounge area with vaulted ceiling, with exposed beams adding to its character.

A door to the rear takes you down two steps into the bedroom with a king size imposing four poster bed and a further vaulted beamed ceiling, giving the room great character.

The adjoining bathroom is a good size with jacuzzi bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.

Stairs from the snug lounge take you down to the fully equipped open plan kitchen dining area, with all the equipment you will require for your stay.

A stable door takes you out onto the south facing patio veranda, which takes in views of the area and from where you can enjoy the varied local wildlife.
