This detached stone built property is situated on the south west edge of the Peak District National Park in the quiet village of Waterhouses.

The Manifold trail, which is a cycle trail where bikes can be hired, is a short walk away, with Dovedale beyond, Alton Towers theme park is also nearby.

You enter the property and to your left is the good sized lounge which enjoys splendid views of the surrounding parkland and countryside beyond.

To the rear is the dining/kitchen which is well equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay.

Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom, with hand basin and toilet.

Stairs from the hall lead to the bedrooms, the main bedroom having a king size double bed with an en-suite, a large shower cubical, toilet and hand basin.

The second bedroom has a further double bed, with the third bedroom having bunk beds.

There is a family bathroom on this floor, with bath, toilet and hand basin.

A door at the rear of the dining area leads to a large secure lawned garden, which has gated access to the driveway. The front garden is also a good size, which enjoys views of the surrounding parkland and play area.
