Stoneseat Cottage Disley Sleeps in bedrooms

This spacious stone built 400 year old cottage has an abundance of period charm, taking its name from the stone seat at the front of the property.

It is situated on the North West edge of the Peak National Park, close to the Goyt Valley and Lyme Park. This is an excellent base for outdoor enthusiasts with good walking through nearby woodland areas and around the local reservoirs of Horse Coppice and Bollinhurst.

You enter the property into a wide hall and to the left is the large comfortable lounge with its welcoming coal fire and beamed ceilings, giving the room plenty of charm and character.

To the right, off the hall, is a good sized typical beamed farmhouse dining/kitchen, with flagged floors and all the essential equipment you will need for your stay.

The stairs from the hall lead to the bedrooms both with double beds, with the main bedroom having a vaulted beamed ceiling.

The bathroom is also on this floor and has a bath, with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

To the front of the property is a garden and drive with parking for two cars.
