This spacious stone built 400 year old cottage has an abundance of period charm, taking its name from the stone seat at the front of the property.
It is situated on the North West edge of the Peak National Park, close to the Goyt Valley and Lyme Park. This is an excellent base for outdoor enthusiasts with good walking through nearby woodland areas and around the local reservoirs of Horse Coppice and Bollinhurst.
