Oldfield Barn Woolley Moor Sleeps 8 in 4 in bedrooms

This delightful barn conversion, which was originally built in 1880, has been tastefully refurbished to a very high standard, being full of charm and character with its beamed ceilings downstairs and vaulted ceilings upstairs, and with fabrics and furnishings having been carefully co-ordinated.

From the property there are some splendid views of Ogston Reservoir, where a daily fishing permit can be obtained, there is also sailing and good walks from your doorstep

You enter the property, which has wooden floors and occasional rugs throughout, into the entrance hallway, which leads to the dining area where 4/6 people can dine together.

The lounge is open plan with the dining room and has a welcoming gas coal effect fire and views over the reservoir.

Off the lounge is the kitchen, which has all the essential equipment you will require, there is also a table for additional dining (seating 4/6 only).

Off the kitchen, is an inner hall and to the left is a bathroom with a walk-in Jacuzzi shower, hand basin and toilet.

From this hall, stairs lead to the two good sized bedrooms, one bedroom has a double bed and the second has two single beds. Both bedrooms enjoy views over Ogston Reservoir.

From the entrance hall, a door leads to the good sized ground floor main bedroom that has a vaulted beamed ceiling, there is a double bed and an en suite bathroom, with bath with power shower over, toilet and hand basin. From the bedroom, French Doors lead out to the patio and garden area.

To the rear of this bedroom a door leads up a second flight of stairs to a small landing, and a half flight of stairs lead to the forth bedroom, which also has a double bed and an en suite shower room, with shower, hand basin and toilet.

Off the half landing is an access door to the garage which gives additional access to the garden area, giving the fourth bedroom independent access to the property.

To the front of the property is a patio with a sitting out area, and a large garden with lawns and a rockery. To the rear is a further sitting out area that enjoys the sun for most of the day and has views over the reservoir, this is accessed from the kitchen.
