A door to the rear goes to the very well equipped kitchen/dining room, with wooden cottage style units and tiled floor adding to its charm. A door from the kitchen goes out onto a small enclosed private patio area, which enjoys the afternoon and early evening sun. The original stairs lead to the two bedrooms, the main bedroom to the front has a 5 double bed, enjoys the views across Bakewell, and has a decorative fireplace with oak floors. Fabrics have been carefully co-ordinated throughout the whole property. The second bedroom, to the rear, has a double bed and views across the surrounding fields. Both bedrooms are en-suite to the bathroom, which has a Victorian cast iron bath with electric shower over, hand basin and toilet. A further flight of stairs (accessed from both bedrooms) leads to the second floor in the eaves of the house, with sloping ceilings (mind your head), with a double futon (suitable for occasional use), to be used as an occasional sitting or working area, ideal for children.
