This detached barn conversion, which is full of charm and character with its beamed and vaulted ceilings, is situated in the owner’s grounds in a quiet part of this very popular market town in the heart of the Peak National Park.

It is within easy walking distance from some excellent local amenities, at the same time being close to the country estates of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.

There are also some pleasant riverside walks along side the River Wye, just a few yards from the cottage.

You enter the property, which benefits from being all on one level, into the hallway, to your left is the open plan lounge, with its welcoming gas log effect stove, dining and kitchen area, which has all the essential equipment you will need for your stay.

To the right of the hallway is the bedroom, which has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Also off the hall is the bathroom that has a hand basin, toilet and good sized shower cubical.

To the front of the cottage is a sitting out area that is south facing and therefore enjoys the sun for most of the day.
