Enjoying an elevated rural location, this detached barn nestles high up on Combs Edge.

Outstanding views can be enjoyed from the location, taking in Combs Reservoir and beyond, and at the same time there are good walks, with the Midshires Way being nearby.

Accessed down an unmade farm track, you arrive at the accommodation, which has been fully renovated and is just across from the owners property.

A single flight of stairs takes you to the first floor where it is evident this is a quality conversion, with oak floors and doors throughout.

Under floor heating, exposed beams and carefully coordinated furnishings adding to its charm.

To your left you enter the spacious lounge/dining room with views across the countryside.

There are high ceilings, exposed beams, and a welcoming log burning stove inset in a stone fireplace.

The separate kitchen, to the rear, is fully equipped with all the essentials you require for your stay.

The main bedroom has a double bed, and is a good size, with further high ceilings. It benefits from two en suite bathroom areas, the main bathroom has a bath, hand basin and toilet, the second is a dedicated shower room, with a power shower and shower cubicle.

There is a separate utility area available by arrangement with the owner, which may be suitable for occasional storage.

There is patio area for guests from where the views can be enjoyed.
