You can cycle the nearby Manifold and Tissington Trails, walk Dovedale, visit Tissington Village or Alton Towers theme park.

Both properties have been improved and equipped to a very high standard throughout.

Please note the indoor heated swimming pool is 30’ long, 17' wide and up to a depth of 4’ 10”.

It is possible for up to 9 people to dine together in Butterton Apartment, if booked with Butterton Cottage, which are both at the same location.

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP.

You enter this character, beamed and spacious accommodation, which is on two floors, into the good sized and very well equipped, farmhouse style dining/kitchen that has all the essential equipment you will require for your stay.

The stairs lead to the landing hall, off which is the main bathroom with corner bath, shower, hand basin and toilet.

A single step takes you down into the spacious lounge with sloping beamed ceilings and carefully co-ordinated furnishings, adding to the rooms warmth, charm and character.

Off the lounge is the main bedroom, which is a good size, it has a double bed, and again a sloping beamed ceiling.

The main landing hall takes you through a further door to a rear hall and down two steps to a further small hall with a single bed, suitable for occasional use. This leads to a further door, up a single step, into the beamed second bedroom with two single beds. This bedroom has its own en suite bathroom with bath, hand basin and toilet.

There is a patio and private garden area to the side of the property for use by guests.

This cottage is one of two cottages at the same location which can be booked together to sleep 9 people, the other is: PK677 Butterton Cottage (Sleeps 4)
