Horwich Lodge Nr Whaley Bridge Sleeps in bedrooms

Recently improved, the south facing lodge dates back over 200 years, providing good sized accommodation down a private quiet lane, at the same time taking in some outstanding views across the valley from the property and its location.

Fabrics and furnishings have been carefully co-ordinated to give the accommodation a welcoming charm and atmosphere throughout.

You enter the house, from the parking area, into the good sized hall, off which there is a cloakroom with hand basin and toilet.

To your right is the lounge which enjoys the outstanding countryside views, it has a log burning stove inset in an original fireplace.

At the end of the hall is the kitchen/dining area, the kitchen being fully equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay. The kitchen is open to the dining area and enjoys similar views to the lounge and has some further occasional seating.

Off the kitchen is a second entrance to the house, through a porch, which is useful for storing coats and boots after a long walk.

The stairs lead to the bedrooms, two bedrooms to the front with outstanding views, both with double beds.

The third bedroom has two further single beds and views of the area.

The bathroom, also on this floor, is a very good size with views of the garden. It has a Victorian ball and claw bath, with shower over the centre, hand basin and toilet.

Spacious gardens exist to the side of the house and across the private lane opposite, which is secure, and has two small ponds (with secure lockable grids over).

Please note this property is equipped in a similar style to PK534 & PK535 which are very close by.
