This delightful bungalow is located in a picturesque setting close to the owners working farm. Adjoining the owner’s property which borders a nearby golf course, being located within walking distance of this popular spa town and its excellent range of amenities.

Enjoy the historic splendour of Buxton’s Georgian crescent, a night out at the Opera House, or a short drive will take you to the Goyt Valley and beyond into Edale and the beginning of the Peneine Way.

You enter the property at the rear, into a small hallway, off which is the lounge/dining room that is full of charm with fabrics and furnishings having been carefully co-ordinated throughout, which enjoys views of the golf course and countryside beyond.

To the right of the hall is the kitchen with all the essentials you will need for your stay. The bathroom has a power shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. There are two ground floor bedrooms off the lounge, both with double beds.

Stairs from the dining area lead to the master bedroom that has a king size bed.

French doors from the lounge, lead direct to a large patio with wooden garden furniture, good views and a sunny aspect.
