Off the hall is the ground floor bedroom, with two single beds (these can be linked together on request) and adjoining walk in shower room (being suitable for anyone requiring ground floor accommodation). On the first floor there is a double bedroom with cottage style sloping ceilings along with a small en suite shower room with hand basin and toilet. The large bedroom is very spacious and accommodates two single beds, which can be linked together on request, a fold down sofa bed, and an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and toilet. There is a sitting out area to the front (for the morning sun) and back (for the afternoon and evening sun) and general use of grounds surrounding the properties location..
