This detached first floor coach house apartment is situated within the mature grounds of the owner’s accommodation, the main house once being a residence of the Duke of Devonshire.

A short driveway takes you to the rear of the main house, a single flight of stairs leads to the newly refurbished first floor accommodation, which enjoys the sun throughout the day.

Off the landing, and to your right, is the galley style and well equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

A door leads into the good sized vaulted lounge dining area, beams adding to its character, along with views to the garden, there is a double sofa bed for occasional use.

Another door leads through to a small lobby off which is the bedroom with a king size double bed and windows on two elevations taking in views of the garden.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.

Use of gardens by arrangement with the owner.
