You enter the accommodation, which is full of charm and character throughout, into the fully equipped hand made kitchen with granite worktops and a farmhouse style dining area. There is an Aga style cooking range and wooden floors all adding to its character.

Off this room is the lounge, with further wooden floors, beamed ceiling, and a welcoming log burning stove, inset in an inglenook style fireplace. A second door leads out onto the sheltered patio courtyard area, which extends out into the grounds.

Off this courtyard area is a ground floor bedroom annex with vaulted beamed ceiling, double bed and its own en suite bathroom with shower, hand basin and toilet (heating in this room is by electric convector heaters).

Off the kitchen reception hall, to your right, is an occasional second sitting/study area, from which the stairs lead to the bedrooms on the first and second floors.

The master bedroom, to your right, has a king size double bed and its own en suite shower room, with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

There are two further bedrooms on this floor, both with double beds and sloping ceilings which adds to their charm.

Also on this floor is a bathroom with bath, toilet and hand basin.

At the end of the landing there is an open staircase which leads to the fifth bedroom in the eaves of the house, there are a further two single beds.

Off the kitchen / dining area, a flight of stairs takes you down to the games room, with pool table and darts.
