This detached bungalow is located on the very north west edge of the Peak District National Park in heart of Combs village.

The property enjoys wonderful views across open countryside towards Ladder Hill, and you can enjoy waterside walks around most of Combs reservoir where sailing and fishing is available.

There is also temporary membership available at the nearby golf club.

The property has gardens on all sides and the internal accommodation is spacious throughout and all on one level.

You enter through the porch into the good sized entrance/dining hall, off which are all the rooms.

A door to the rear leads off to the rear patio and garden area with splendid hillside views.

To the rear of the property is the well equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

Off the kitchen is a separate utility room and second rear door.

To the front are the two bedrooms, both of a good size, the main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.

The spacious lounge enjoys truly picture window views of the surrounding hills, and benefits from the warmth of an open coal fire.

The bathroom, has a bath with separate shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. There is a further separate cloakroom, off the main entrance area, with toilet and hand basin.

Lawned garden areas are to the side and rear of the property where you can enjoy the late afternoon and early evening sun.
