This old mill has been converted, in recent years, and provides this spacious ground floor apartment with views from all windows of the River Wye, which runs by the property.

Set in the beautiful Monsal Dale, which runs into nearby Millers Dale in the heart of the Peak District National Park.

This is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions the area has to offer, with good walking from your doorstep, or take a days fishing on the river (permit required).

The apartment is accessed from the central hallway, up three / four steps and into the apartment which is all on one level and has high ceilings adding to its charm.

You enter the spacious hall, that has an occasional table and chairs, through to the large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area that has two splendid picture windows taking in the riverside and rock face views.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential equipment you will require for your stay.

Off the hall are the two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and its own en suite bathroom with bath and power multi jet shower over, hand basin and toilet, the second bedroom has two single beds and an en suite shower cubicle, with power multi jet shower, toilet and hand basin.

There is a separate cloakroom off the hallway with toilet and hand basin.
