Located in a delightful rural location this detached house provides extremely comfortable and luxurious accommodation, in pleasant rural and mature surroundings.

Ideally positioned to visit the many attractions the area has to offer with Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall a short drive away, and the pretty market town of Bakewell in the heart of the National Park.

THIS IS THE FULL PROPERTY.

The gated drive takes you to the property, which you enter into the main reception hall, to the left is the spacious and well equipped kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay. At the end of the kitchen is a snug corner with occasional seating.

There is a breakfast area in the kitchen, off which is a separate utility room and cloakroom. Double doors from the breakfast area lead out onto the veranda decking area, which is south facing, where you may decide to dine alfresco.

Off the hall is the separate entertaining dining room which is ideal for those special occasions, the dining table top being movable to reveal a snooker table, and there are double doors leading into the conservatory.

To the right of the entrance hall, on the ground floor, a corridor leads to three bedrooms, one with a king size double bed, the second with twin beds, each having the benefit of an en suite shower room, with shower, toilet and hand basin and the third bedroom has three single beds. Also off this corridor is a general bathroom with a shower, hand basin and toilet.

The stairs lead to the first floor landing, to the left is the lounge which is very spacious and is a similar size to the dining room, with wonderful views across the surrounding countryside.

A door from the lounge leads to a short hallway which leads to two further bedrooms one bedroom has a double bed, and one has three single beds.

There is a further general bathroom, off this hallway, with a bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin.

At the top of the stairs, to the right of the landing, there is the spacious master bedroom, at the other end of the house. It has a super-king size double bed, en suite bathroom with corner bath and separate shower, hand basin and toilet, and a walk in wardrobe. There is also double glazed doors that lead to a Juliette balcony with views over the surrounding countryside.

Some rooms are air conditioned and there is a hot tub, sauna, an electric shower room off the decking area and there is use of the spacious grounds which surround the property.

There is also a heated indoor swimming pool (available towards the end of 2008), that is shared with Peasunhurst Cottage Bungalow, but you will be able to book a time for exclusivity for your party.

This cottage is one of two cottages at the same location which can be booked together to sleep 24 people, the other is: PK715 Peasunhurst Cottage Bungalow (Sleeps 12)
