The house is located towards the very edge of this small village, an ideal base from which to explore the High Peak, the Hope Valley and Edale at the beginning of the Pennine Way.

Also close by is the spa town of Buxton with its history and opera house and there are excellent walks from the doorstep in this rural village.

You enter the house from the long and gated front garden into the lounge and dining area which benefits from double doors opening onto the secure lawned rear garden that has views across the open countryside.

Off the lounge is the galley style kitchen with all the essential equipment you will require for your stay.

The stairs from the lounge lead to the two bedrooms, both of a good size, the bedroom at the end of the landing has two single beds and the second bedroom has a double bed.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, hand basin and toilet.

Gardens exist both to the front and rear of the house.
