| You reach the property from a short drive and enter at the side of the building up a single step into the entrance hall, off which is a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin, and a separate utility room. A further single step takes you up into the open plan dining and kitchen area that has all the essential equipment you will need for your stay, and there are two picture windows which take in the views of the surrounding countryside. At the end of this room, a door leads into the air conditioned lounge that has a feature stone fireplace and double glazed doors that open onto the patio, which runs along the front of the bungalow. To the rear of the dining area a sliding door leads to the three bedrooms, to the right is the main bedroom, which is also air conditioned and has a king size double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed and the third bedroom has two single beds, there is an occasional folding bed available which can be put in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom has a bath with separate shower cubicle with electric shower, toilet and hand basin. A porch from the dining area leads through to a second external door onto the south facing patio and fenced garden area which commands outstanding views of the surrounding rolling countryside.
