Pear Tree Cottage Endon, Nr Leek Sleeps 2 in 1 in bedrooms

Located on the south west edge of the Peak District National Park, in the Churnett Valley, the cottage is close to the many attractions this area has to offer; including the pretty market town of Ashbourne, the cycling trails of Tissington and Manifold, Alton Towers and the nearby reservoirs at Rudyard Lake and Tittesworth.

Also Stoke on Trent and the Potteries are a short drive away and so are many splendid country houses.

A short driveway takes you into the beautiful mature landscaped gardens where the accommodation, which is mainly all on one level apart from a few internal steps, adjoins the owners property.

The property is entered into the light and very welcoming dining entrance hall that has oak flooring, which adds to its charm, and delightful mature garden views.

To the right is the bedroom, which is a good size and has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin and bidet.

Off the hall, to the rear, is the kitchen, which is a good size and is fully equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

There is also a cloakroom, with toilet and hand basin, off the dining hall; and from the far corner, four internal steps leads to the good sized lounge that has a welcoming open coal fire and a lovely open aspect looking over the mature private gardens.

Glazed doors and fixed side panels take in the mature lawned woodland garden area and a covered decked sitting out area adjoins the lounge.
