Pump Cottage Winster Sleeps 5 in 3 in bedrooms

This character end of terrace stone cottage is on three floors and nestles in a quiet corner in the heart of this popular village.

The village shop and pub are both nearby and there is an abundance of walks from the doorstep with Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall and the pretty market town of Bakewell just a short drive away.

The property is entered from the cottage style front garden into the beamed lounge/dining room with its welcoming log burning stove.

To the left is the fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials required for your stay.

Up one step and to the left is a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin, it also houses the washing machine, and is good for additional storage.

Please be careful going up the original stairs to both the first and second floors.

On the first floor is the main bedroom that has a double bed, the second bedroom has a single bed, and both have countryside views to the left through the window.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, hand basin and toilet.

The second winding stairs, please take care of the low ceiling, lead to the third bedroom which is ideal for children, it has sloping ceilings, beams, and a double and single bed, there is also a television with a DVD and a video.

Up three steps from the lounge, a door leads to the secluded rear patio garden, it can also be accessed from the side of the house, which enjoys the afternoon and early evening sun.

Due to the original nature of the stairs the accommodation is not suitable or people with a mobility problem.

Please note although there are more beds there is only sufficient lounge seating for four adults.
