This stone built house is located just outside this popular village in the heart of the Peak District National Park, close to the nearby Tissington Trail.

It provides substantial contemporary style accommodation with furniture and fittings being carefully coordinated throughout, and enjoys some commanding views across the surrounding rolling countryside.

The house is entered into the hall, off which, and to the right, is the good sized and well equipped dining/kitchen area that has all the essential equipment you will require for your stay.

Off this room is a separate ground floor cloakroom with toilet and hand basin and has access to the side and rear gardens.

From the hall, to the left, is the spacious “L” shaped lounge that has a welcoming gas effect log burning stove inset in a stone fireplace, and benefits from having two comfortable but separate sitting areas with views to the front and rear of the house.

The stairs, from the hall, lead to the four bedrooms, there are two bedrooms to the front and two to the rear.

Two bedrooms have double beds and each has an en suite bathroom with a bath and shower over, toilet and hand basin.

The two remaining bedrooms each have two sets of single beds.

The bedroom to the rear also has an en suite bathroom with bath, with shower over, toilet and hand basin.

The general bathroom adjoining the fourth bedroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin and the gardens and patio sitting out areas surround the property and are enclosed.
