This detached stone barn is located on the South Eastern edge of the Peak District National Park and is accessed down a quiet country lane.

As you enter into the grounds of the property you will immediately appreciate the far reaching views from the location across rolling countryside down to Carsington Water and the hills beyond.

The accommodation has been turned upside to take advantage of the properties situation, views and its character, with all the bedrooms being on the ground floor.

The property is entered through a small lobby into the ground floor hall area.

All the bedrooms having part exposed stone walls, adding to each room’s charm.

Immediately to the left is the first bedroom that has two single beds, the second bedroom has adult sized bunk beds.

The two remaining bedrooms each have double beds, with one bedroom having an en suite shower room, with toilet and hand basin.

The general bathroom, on the ground floor, has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.

The wooden staircase leads to the first floor and the very spacious open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. It has wooden floors, a vaulted beamed ceiling, exposed king post trusses and two Juliet balconies with opening double doors; please note this is not a sitting out area and children should be supervised.

There is also a very welcoming and imposing log burning stove set in a stone fireplace.

The garden is mainly shrubs and gravel with a sitting out area by the property itself..
