Overbrook Barn Quarnford Sleeps 8 in 4 in bedrooms

This detached stone barn conversion provides comfortable and stylish contemporary style accommodation in a delightful rural position.

There is a hillside stream running through the grounds, which are situated on the edge the village of Flash, the highest village in England.

The property is located in a quiet valley in the North West corner of the Peak District National Park, which is an excellent walking area with many bridleways from the doorstep along with well known walks via the Three Shires Head.

Access to the barn is down a long drive, passing by the owners alpacas, which adorn the surrounding fields and hillside.

Entry to the accommodation is from the rear and into the open plan dining/lounge, which is in the central part of the room and has a welcoming log burning stove, and the fully equipped kitchen that has all the essentials you will require for your stay.

There are three picture windows that take in the valley and hillside views, and of course the alpacas' that surround the accommodation.

At the end of the room, and up two steps, is the ground floor bedroom that has a double bed and en suite shower room with toilet and hand basin.

The stairs lead to the three remaining bedrooms, each bedroom with two single beds, which can linked together on request.

The general bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.

There is a sitting out area that adjoins the barn along with use of adjacent fields by visitors as advised by the owner.

The owners are happy to talk and introduce you to their alpacas.
