This detached south facing bungalow is a short walk from the centre of this very popular market town in the heart of the Peak District National park with its excellent local amenities.

There are many shops, pubs and eating places nearby in addition to pleasant walks by the River Wye or visit nearby Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall, a short drive or easy walk away.

The property is entered from the front into the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with the lounge area to the right that has a welcoming coal effect gas fire inset in a gritstone fireplace and a sofa bed suitable for occasional use.

To the left is the dining/kitchen area that has all the essential equipment required for your stay.

Double glazed doors from the kitchen lead out to the stone paved patio area that enjoys the afternoon and early evening sun.

A door from the lounge leads to the hall, to the right is the main bedroom with two single beds that can be linked together on request.

There is a utility room off the bedroom that has a washer and a dryer. There are coat hooks to hang outdoor clothing and storage for walking shoes; a further door from here leads to the rear of the property.

Off the hall is the bathroom with toilet, hand basin and shower cubicle, there is a separate cloakroom that has a toilet and hand basin and the second bedroom has a king size double bed.

From the patio area there are six steps leading up to the garden and a further sitting out area (small children should be supervised), and being elevated, it enjoys the sun for most of the day.

To the side of the property is a large drive for parking two cars.
