This character cottage, dating back to 1756, is situated in a quiet location in the heart of this pretty village which has easy access into the parklands of nearby Chatsworth House and the popular market town of Bakewell, that has a wide range of amenities.

The cottage is entered into the good sized, beamed lounge that has an imposing gritstone fireplace with an inset gas log burning stove and an occasional desk /study area under the stairs.

An open archway leads through to the well equipped and beamed kitchen to the left and the dining area to the right.

To the rear is the general bathroom that has a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin.

A further door leads out to the rear of the property and the secured enclosed patio sitting out area which enjoys the late afternoon early evening sun.

The stairs lead to the three bedrooms, the main bedroom to the front has a double bed, wooden floors and exposed beams which adds to the rooms character.

To the rear are two further bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other has one single bed.

Also on this floor is a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.
