Curlew Cottage Alsop en le Dale Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms

These three charming Parwich Lees Cottages are well appointed and are in a peaceful location in a 100 acre country estate in the heart of the Peak District National Park, with spectacular views down Alsop Dale and across the well known Tissington Trail.

There are large enclosed gardens where guests can sit and enjoy the sun set over the valley.

Situated just 1 mile from the pretty village of Parwich, there are good walks and cycling from the door, with the market towns of Bakewell, Buxton and Matlock being close by, as well as Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Dovedale, Alton Towers and Carsington Water.

These cottages can be booked individually or as a group, and 10 guests can dine together in Curlew Cottage.

This gable end cottage has been turned upside down, so as you walk into the main entrance hall you will find the two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds on the ground floor.

The bathroom is also located on the ground floor with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.

The stairs take you to a very spacious and well fitted lounge/dining/kitchen area with feature timbers and sloping ceilings adding to its character, from which you will enjoy the magnificent views up the Dales.

Further character and warmth is created by the wood burning stove, logs included. On this floor there is a second toilet with hand basin.

This cottage is one of three cottages at the same location which can be booked together to sleep 10 people, the others are: PK151 Wheatear Cottage (Sleeps 4), PK152 Redstart Cottage (Sleeps 2)
