Nestling under Winn Hill, there are some outstanding hiking and biking trails from the door.

On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second having two single beds.

The stairs lead to the first floor and the spacious open plan, and well equipped, kitchen/dining and lounge area.

On this floor is the bathroom which has a bath with shower above, hand basin and toilet. This room is open to the eaves, and beams and trusses give the room further character, and has splendid views with its own orchard garden.
