Orrs Barn Little Longstone Sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms

As the name suggests this detached barn is on the edge of the village, located among open fields, with beautiful open views across the surrounding countryside, down towards Bakewell.

A short farm track takes you down to the barn and the parking area to the rear of the property. The front of the barn being south facing and enjoying the sun for the majority of the day.

You enter the barn into the main and spacious entrance hall, which can act as a second sitting area, with double glazed doors leading through into the well equipped and fitted kitchen/dining room.

Off the hall is the second bathroom, on the ground floor, with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.

The hall leads through to the sitting room, with character exposed beams, a sand stone wall giving the room plenty of character, and the welcoming log burning stove - the sofa bed is suitable for occasional use.

The stairs lead to the two bedrooms, both of a good size, one with a double bed the second having two single beds.

The main bathroom on this floor has a bath, hand basin and toilet.

A patio area and lawned gardens exist to the front of the property.
