This semi detached stone property, located on the edge of the village, enjoys some outstanding views from the rear over Lathkill Dale and across the surrounding countryside.

This is an ideal base in the heart of the National Park from which to explore the many attractions offered by the area. Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall, being a short drive, and there is excellent local walking along the nearby Limestone Way walk.

You enter the accommodation on the middle floor of the property, which is on three levels. On this floor is the second bedroom with two adult sized bunk beds and a single bed with an occasional single bed which slides underneath, it also benefits from the views

A flight of stairs from the middle floor leads to the main bedroom on the top floor, it has a super king size bed and its own en suite bathroom, with ball and claw bath, hand basin and toilet, and again the wonderful views.

Be careful as you go down the stairs from the middle floor to the good sized kitchen / lounge dining area with its welcoming log burning stove.

There is a separate utility room off this area, the kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

Off this room is the spacious conservatory, which is a further dining room, from which you can again enjoys the views of the area.

Also on the ground floor is the second bathroom with a shower, hand basin and toilet.

A door leads out onto the patio garden area down some steps from the conservatory.
