| This semi-detached house is located down a quiet lane, and is in an elevated position. You enter the house through a porch, which is useful for storing boots, into the good sized dining hall. Off this room is the kitchen, with all the essentials you will require for your stay, and there are views over the patio garden to the rear. The main lounge has similar rear views and the benefit of a log burning stove, inset in the original gritstone fireplace. The stairs from the dining hall, be careful as you go up and down, lead to the two bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with two adult sized bunk beds, both rooms have the original exposed floorboards and occasional rugs. The bathroom on this floor has a bath with electric shower over, hand basin and toilet. To the side of the house, and accessed up stone steps, is a large hedged lawn area from which you can enjoy views across the village and have a peaceful picnic. |
