| The cottage has a very imposing entrance, being fully glazed, which takes you into the very welcoming gallery hall, from which stairs lead to the first floor and the main landing area. Off this landing and to your right is the lounge with wooden floors, beams and exposed stonework, the picture window taking in views of the surrounding countryside. On this floor are two bedrooms, both taking in views of the Goyt Valley and beyond, one with a four poster double bed to your left, the second having a single bed and a further pull out full size bed which can be made up to provide a second single bed. Also on this floor is a shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet.
From the entrance hall and down a short flight of stairs you enter the spacious traditional kitchen breakfast dining room with all the essentials you will require for your stay – a door leads from here out onto the patio area. There is a separate dining room adjoining the kitchen and also on this floor are two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a second bathroom with bath and hand shower attachment, hand basin and toilet.
