The quiet village of Sheldon is in an unspoilt part of Derbyshire and nestles into the landscape less than three miles from the popular market town of Bakewell.

Chatsworth House, Magpie Mines and Monsal Dale are a short distance away.

You enter the cottage into a spacious open plan lounge (with sofa bed suitable for occasional use), dining room/kitchen, which has all the essentials you will need for your stay. The beamed ceiling adding to its character and charm.

On the first floor is the bedroom, with twin beds and a full length window, over looking the front garden.

The bathroom on this floor has a bath, toilet and hand basin.

At the rear of the property is a utility room, which also has a toilet and hand basin.

The garden and sitting out area to the rear takes in afternoon and evening sun, at the same time enjoying views over the surrounding area.

There is a further lawn and patio area to the front of the cottage.
