This apartment is located on the second floor of the mill, being accessed by stairs or lift, and is located in an extension to the recently restored Grade 11 listed cotton mill. This is an ideal spot for walking (from the door) into the heart of the White Peak, and is about four miles from Bakewell, a thriving market town with a variety of boutique shops, restaurants and pubs. The apartment has been tastefully decorated with co-ordinated furnishings, to provide an ideal romantic country hideaway, as featured in the Homes and Garden magazine. Located in the picturesque Monsal Dale with outstanding south facing views of the Dale through which meanders the River Wye, where permit fishing is available. |

| You enter the spacious and tastefully decorated apartment, with co-ordinated fabrics, into the hall. Off the hall, to your left is the bathroom, with a bath and shower over with screen, toilet and hand basin. The bedroom has a king size double bed and window seat from where you can sit and enjoy the views of the Dale. The good sized lounge/dining room, also with window seats, enjoys similar views of the Dale. The room is open plan to the kitchen, which is well equipped with all the essentials you will need for your stay. There are shared gardens for use by residents and visitors. |
