Rylea Grindleford Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms

This 100 year old stone built semi detached house is located on the edge of this very popular Peak District village, which enjoys some good local facilities.

In addition there is some excellent walking either by the River Derwent or on the opposite side of the valley along Froggatt Edge.

The long front garden takes you to the side of the cottage and the main entrance, which takes you into the hall, leading through to the lounge.

The lounge/dining room is a good size and is located at the front of the property and has a welcoming log burning stove, giving the room plenty of atmosphere, at the same time enjoying views across the valley and surrounding countryside.

To the rear is the stone flagged kitchen with original features, it is well equipped and doubles as an occasional dining area with views to the elevated garden to the rear, off this room is a utility area.

The stairs lead to the two bedrooms, the large main bedroom enjoying views across the surrounding countryside, with a king sized sleigh bed, an occasional folding bed is available which can be put up in either bedroom.

The second bedroom to the rear has a further double bed and views to the rear garden.

The bathroom has a bath with shower over hand basin and toilet.

There is an elevated lawned garden to the rear, with a patio sitting area, which is accessed by stone steps (be careful as you go up and down).
