This detached cottage is located in five acres of woodland and has been renovated to provide good sized accommodation and is a short drive from Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.

The property is accessed down a short private drive, which commands spectacular views, from the property and grounds, towards Chesterfield and beyond.

You enter the property into the good sized lounge/dining room, to the rear, and off the lounge, is the kitchen with all the essential equipment you will need for your stay.

Also on the ground floor is the large bathroom with a bath, shower cubical, hand basin and toilet.

The stairs from the lounge lead to the good sized bedroom which has a double bed and takes in the surrounding countryside views.

There is a patio outside the main door and a large garden area that is mainly lawned and leads into your private woodlands and there is a wildlife pond.
