This double fronted terraced stone cottage, which dates back over 200 years, is located in a quiet lane at the centre of this popular market town in the heart of the Peak National Park. It benefits from being close to some excellent local amenities, at the same time being close to the country estates of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall. The deceptively spacious cottage takes it name from an ancient chalice found when the property was renovated, a replica of which is in the cottage. |

| You enter the cottage into the sitting room, which is full of charm and character with its beamed ceiling, a welcoming open log fire and the old salt cupboard, now used to house the television. Off the sitting room is the dining/kitchen, which has been renovated to a high standard using solid oak units with all the necessary equipment you will need for your stay. Stairs from the sitting room lead to the first floor, with the good sized main bedroom having a king size double bed, the second bedroom having a single bed. The recently refurbished bathroom, has a bath, with electric shower over, toilet and hand basin. A Residents parking permit is included for nearby parking. |
