Mill View Bakewell Sleeps 3 in 2 bedrooms

In the heart of the Peak National Park, the market town of Bakewell is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions this area has to offer.

Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are both a short drive away and Bakewell itself enjoys some excellent facilities.

Recently constructed, the stone built house nestles on the banks of the River Wye, where you can enjoy views across the river and beyond

You enter the house from the rear onto the good-sized patio area, which surrounds most of the property to the front, side and rear.

The rear door takes you to the small entrance hallway, which leads through into the very well equipped kitchen / dining area, with all the essentials you will require for your stay. This leads into the separate lounge, with gas coal effect fire inset in a marble surround - the lounge overlooks the River Wye. Also on the ground floor is a cloakroom, with hand basin and toilet.

The stairs lead to the two bedrooms, one with a double bed and fitted furniture, to the front of the house and the splendour of riverside views. The second bedroom, to the rear, has a single bed.

The bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, hand basin and toilet.

Furnishings and fabrics have been carefully co-ordinated throughout this delightful property.

The patio area, which is fully gated, enjoys the sun to both the front and rear of Mill View through most of the day.

The accommodation is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
