Butterton Barns enjoy a delightful rural location in the grounds of the owners property, from which visitors can enjoy some excellent walking and far reaching views across the surrounding countryside. You can cycle the nearby Manifold and Tissington Trails, walk Dovedale, visit Tissington Village or Alton Towers theme park.

Both properties have been improved and equipped to a very high standard throughout. Please note the indoor heated swimming pool is 30’ long, 17' wide and up to a depth of 4’ 10”. It is possible for up to 9 people to dine together in Butterton Apartment, if booked with Butterton Cottage, which are both at the same location.

You enter this detached cottage into the welcoming dining/kitchen area, from which views can be enjoyed across the open countryside, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you will require for your stay.

Off this room a door leads to the hall, where at the end, you will find the main bedroom which has a double bed and sloping ceilings adding to its charm. This bedroom has an en suite shower room with power shower, hand basin and toilet.

The second bedroom, off the same hall, has adult sized bunk beds.

The main bathroom, opposite this bedroom, has a shower, hand basin and toilet.

Stairs from the kitchen lead to the lounge on the first floor, which has carefully co-ordinated furnishings, giving this room a very welcoming feel.

Patio areas adjoin the cottage at each end of the property and there is a private garden at the rear of the property for guests use.
